Rev. Dr. Jerry Paye-Manfloe Kulah is the new Dean of the Gbarnga School of Theology of the Liberia Episcopal Area, the United Methodist Church. He was appointed to this office by the Resident Bishop, John G. Innis at the recent session of the Liberia Annual Conference held during February, 2014.
Dr. Kulah is appointed to the office of Dean of Gbarnga School of Theology (GST) with a wealth of academic and professional experience to provide quality leadership that is expected to enhance a healthy learning environment at the Seminary. Dr. Kulah, an Ordained Elder in Full Connection and a member of the Liberia Annual Conference holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) Degree in Mathematics from the University of Liberia (1989); a Bachelor of Theology (BTh.) Degree from the ECWA Theological Seminary in Igbaja, Kwara State, Nigeria (1994); a Master of Theology Degree (MTh.) from the Theological College of Northern Nigeria, Plateau State, Nigeria (1997); and a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) Degree from the Asbury Theological Seminary, Wilmore, Kentucky, USA (2010).
