Bishop John G. Innis of the Liberia Area of The United Methodist Church sends a tribute to Ganta in memory of Rev. Herbert Zigbuo.
Unable to attend the Ganta services because he is assisting at the Virginia Annual Conference in the US, Bishop Innis sends his and Mother Irene’s tribute to Rev. Zigbuo. LAC Lay Leader Rudolf Merab read the tribute from Bishop Innis to the assembled crowd of mourners in Miller McAllister United Methodist Church.
Bishop Innis says of Rev. Zigbuo, “Nimba has lost a loving and caring son.” Recalling their friendship over the years, Bishop Innis mentions their prayer time as significant and profound.
Bishop Innis spoke at the memorial service for Rev. Zigbuo held at Aldersgate UMC in Durham, North Carolina on June 16th, 2012.
